DEFRA UPDATE 20/12/24

We have been advised by DEFRA that they have reconsidered their position, and we are pleased to say that, for the foreseeable future, sales and installation of cellar coolers operating on R448A/R449A is permitted. J & E Hall, and the industry in general, will continue to have dialogue with DEFRA on this issue to reach a practical and satisfactory conclusion moving forward.

In the meantime, we will continue to manufacture, and supply cellar coolers in the same way through our UK distributor network.
